A.I.M.E. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, connecting students with professionals to explore career paths aligned with their education. We support middle school, high school, college, university, vocational-trade, and post-secondary students through apprenticeships, internships, mentorships, and entrepreneurship opportunities across the Philadelphia Metro area, Central and South New Jersey, Harrisburg/Hershey, Pennsylvania Dutch Country, the Pocono Mountains, the Coal Mining Region, and the Wyoming Valley.
